Please introduce yourself?

My name is Fidel Mora Jr. I I’m 48 years young and I have lived in San Diego most of my life. I live with and run my business with my partner of 17 years. I’m a Chicano Mexican-American who was born in East Los Angeles. In my time off, I love to eat healthy, workout, do Pilates, and listen to EDM music.

Tell us about your business?

Kravings Fruit Bar is a healthy alternative for the community. We serve delicious fruit salads and make different types of natural juices, sandwiches and wraps, tortas, and more. There is something for everyone on our menu. We also do catering and special orders such as fruit bouquets and hand-dipped chocolate-covered strawberries for any special occasion. We love what we do at Kravings. We do it with love and passion for everything we make. We are a small family business with potential to franchise.

Tell us about being a part of POZabilities Swet Affair Event:

It is an Honor to be part of this year’s A Sweet Affair because I love giving back to the community and being part of something important. POZabilities is a great organization that helps many people throughout the year and provides education to the community all around San Diego.

The importance of being involve in events and organizations that give back to the community?

I’m a gay man myself and have lost close friends to AIDS in the past. I have seen the stereotypes that are associated with HIV and want to help change that. I want to do my part to help people in any way I can. A Sweet Affair has given me the outlet to connect and be part of a greater cause that I happen to be very passionate about.
