Kehlani & Kim Petras: San Diego Pride 2025 Headliners

Each summer, the stages of San Diego Pride become more than just spaces for music — they become rallying grounds for joy, resistance, and unapologetic self-expression. As the Entertainment Director for San Diego Pride, it has been my honor to shape the sounds and stories that echo through Balboa Park each July. And this year, we’re turning up the volume on what it means to celebrate Pride with purpose.

For the 2025 San Diego Pride Festival, we are proud to announce a powerhouse lineup headlined by two of the most influential artists in the game: Kehlani and Kim Petras.

Kehlani, a GRAMMY®-nominated, multi-platinum artist, brings both raw talent and authentic vulnerability to her work, becoming a voice for millions navigating love, identity, and resilience. Alongside her is Kim Petras, GRAMMY® Award-winning pop icon and the first openly transgender woman to win in her category — a historic achievement that has reshaped the landscape of representation in mainstream music.

This isn’t just a concert. It’s a statement.

At a time the LGBTQIA+ community faces mounting challenges, the festival’s stages double as platforms for visibility and solidarity. This year’s theme, Unbreakable Pride. Unshakeable Power. speaks to both the moment we’re in — and the movement we’ve built. Together, Kehlani and Kim embody the fearless spirit of a community that continues to rise, no matter the obstacles.

But beyond the spotlight and sound, San Diego Pride is — and always has been — a movement rooted in service. As one of the oldest community-driven Pride organizations in the country, San Diego Pride uses festival proceeds to support LGBTQIA+ advocacy, leadership development, youth empowerment, and global solidarity. Through ticket and beverage sales alone, the organization has reinvested over $3.5 million into year-round programming and grantmaking initiatives.

While we’re proud to welcome chart-topping icons to our stages, we’re even more proud of what your participation makes possible.
