A Night in Pink, 50 Years Strong: Stepping Stone
By Cesar A Reyes
Stepping Stone’s Pink Gala marks a powerful milestone—50 years of service, resilience, and transformation within San Diego’s LGBTQ+ community. More than a celebratory evening, the event reflects decades of life-saving work rooted in compassion, authenticity, and recovery. Designed as an elevated and joyful experience, the gala brings together community members, leaders, and supporters for a night of purpose and connection. Guests will enjoy a vibrant reception, a formal dinner, and engaging program elements, all set against a backdrop of glamour, self-expression, and pride.
From the pink carpet to the lively auction and fundraising moments, every detail of the evening is infused with meaning. Proceeds directly support Stepping Stone’s critical programs, which continue to provide affirming care and recovery services to those who need them most. The event is both a tribute to the organization’s legacy and a call to sustain its future.
