Strategic Planning: Your feedback is essential to this process

Dear San Diego Pride Family, 
San Diego Pride is currently creating a new strategic plan in partnership with Arboreta Group. Strategic Planning provides an opportunity for reflection and feedback from all of the San Diego Pride community to guide the organization.

We are currently in the discovery process – Arboreta is working with staff, board, volunteers and community constituents to gather information and provide an analysis of San Diego Pride’s current strengths, aspirations, and challenges and give their input on priorities for the future. This includes surveys, group dialogues, and interviews.

Your feedback is essential to this process!  Feedback sessions are planned as follows:

12/3 6-8 pm virtual

12/8 5:30-7:30 pm in-person

12/13 10 am-12 pm in-person 

12/15 5:30-7:30 pm virtual
